Overview
Innospace is operated by Sleep Easy (Pty) Ltd trading as Innospace. All payments are processed securely in Botswana Pula (BWP) through our payment provider, DPO Pay. Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original card or payment method used. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
You can manage and cancel your bookings, memberships and long-term contracts yourself at any time from your account overview page.
Day & Meeting-Room Bookings
- Short-term (daily) and meeting-room bookings can be cancelled from your account overview up to 48 hours before the booking start time. When cancelled within this window, the amount paid is refunded in full to your original payment method.
- Cancellations are not possible within 48 hours of the start time, and those bookings are non-refundable.
- If a confirmed booking is cancelled by Innospace (for example, the space becomes unavailable), you receive a full refund regardless of timing.
Memberships
- Memberships are billed per monthly cycle to your saved payment method.
- You can cancel from your account overview at any time. If the membership has not yet started, it is cancelled and will not begin. If it is already active, it remains active until the end of the current paid cycle and then stops — the current cycle is not pro-rated.
- A scheduled cancellation can be reversed (renewed) from your overview before the end date.
- If a recurring membership payment fails, the membership is cancelled.
Long-Term Offices & Security Deposits
- Long-term office contracts require a one-month security deposit plus the first month’s rent.
- If the deposit or first month’s payment fails, the contract is cancelled immediately and no charge is retained.
- You can cancel from your account overview. A contract that has not yet started is cancelled outright; an active contract remains in effect until the next monthly boundary and then ends.
- For ongoing monthly rent, a failed payment is followed by a 5-day grace period to settle before the contract is cancelled.
- The security deposit is refundable after the contract ends or is cancelled, less any outstanding amounts or charges for damages, up to a maximum of one month’s deposit.
